McKinley Franklin editor Team Spidey of “Marvel’s Spidey and His Amazing Friends” is collaborating with the Fantastic Four’s very own The Thing — also known as Ben Grimm — in a special Rosh Hashanah-themed episode which is set to premiere on Disney on Sept. 15. For this holiday episode The Thing, who was created by Jack Kirby and Stan Lee, teams up with the kid-centric characters Miles Morales and Peter Parker to both save and celebrate this year’s Rosh Hashanah.
In the episode, Gobby (aka the Green Goblin) steals all of the bees, threatening the Rosh Hashanah tradition of celebrating the Jewish new year with apples and honey. In Variety’s exclusive clip, The Thing can be seen rejoicing with Team Spidey after they were able to stop Gobby from stealing all the honey in a beautiful moment of love and celebration. “An UnBEElievable Rosh Hashanah” will premiere on Friday, Sept.
15 at 8:30 a.m. via Disney Channel and 1 p.m. on Disney Junior, streaming shortly after on Disney+.
