Beyoncé and Rihanna were the center of attention at the Roc Nation brunch. 

On Thursday, Jan. 22, amidst the mayhem of Grammy week in Los Angeles, the Vanity Group CEO Karleen Roy  threw her inaugural “Grit Before the Gram” event. Billed as “the soundtrack of our solidarity,” the evening was produced to provide an environment of unity, awareness and impact. Agents, producers, managers, directors and label executives were among the 100 guests invited for the formal dinner which took place at The Edition in West Hollywood.

Moneybagg Yo kicked off the year with the release of his new album, Time Served. The Memphis rapper sat down with Genius' Head of Artist Relations Rob Markman to discuss the album on the latest episode of For The Record. Moneybagg Yo opened up about the difficulties of quitting lean, his plans to record an album with Lil Baby, and the possibility for another collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion now that they are no longer dating.
