As all the late night shows have pivoted to remote broadcasts where the hosts are at home and the guests are also at home, last night’s Late Show With Stephen Colbert featured an at-home Colbert remotely interviewing Chance the Rapper and hosted a remote performance from musical guest Jim James. Chance discussed his Punk’d reboot, and the My Morning Jacket frontman covered “Lean on Me” by the late Bill Withers. Watch it happen below.

Many artists are finding creative ways to fill their sudden quarantines, and singer-songwriter Amber Mark today launched a series of self-produced covers, recorded in her New York apartment, with her take on Nirvana’s dark 1993 classic “Heart-Shaped Box.”

Big Thief’s Adrianne Lenker has shared a cover of John Prine’s “Summer’s End,” a track off the musician’s 2018 record The Tree of Forgiveness. Prine was recently hospitalized for COVID-19 symptoms and his family described his condition as “critical.” In the caption of her video, Lenker wrote, “I’m beyond grateful for the gift of his songs, sending love to his whole family.” Watch below.
