Naman Ramachandran Warner Music India is set to make its debut in Bollywood soundtracks via a strategic partnership with Jjust Music.The deal will see Warner Music India make its first foray into marquee Bollywood releases, while Jjust Music’s artists will benefit from being plugged into Warner Music’s global network. The partnership’s first joint release will be an English-language pop track by Bollywood star Tiger Shroff.Jjust Music was launched by Bollywood producer and actor Jackky Bhagnani in 2019 and the label is known for singles, including “Vande Mataram” featuring Tiger Shroff, “Prada” featuring Alia Bhatt, and “Muskurayega India” featuring Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Ayushmann Khurana, Kriti Sanon, Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu.

The Wanted star Jay McGuiness has taken to social media and broken his silence following the tragic death of bandmate Tom Parker late last month. Tom died last month aged 33 after being diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2020. Jay, 31, took to his Instagram to share a heartfelt post with his 240k followers in memory of Tom.

MONSTA X‘s Joohoney has opened up about his personal goals as a songwriter and producer for the group, revealing his intent to dispel the “fixed notion” that older idol groups make “half-hearted” music.In a new interview with Arena Homme Plus, the MONSTA X rapper revealed that the hardest song he’s ever produced is the K-pop group’s June 2021 single ‘Gambler’, through which he hoped to dispel assumptions about older idol groups.“I wanted to break the fixed notion people have that the further you get into your career, you’ll start making music half-heartedly, or the tempo of your songs will get slower,” Joohoney said, per translations by Soompi.Joohoney also said he wanted ‘Gambler’ to be a “powerful” song that would allow MONSTA X, who are nearly seven years old as a group, to showcase the same levels of energy of a younger K-pop act.“Because if a song has a powerful sound, its choreography gets more powerful as well,” he added. “I feel apologetic to the members who suffered [because of the song’s choreography], but looking back on it now, I think it was the right decision.

Mary Jane Thomas, wife of country music star Hank Williams Jr., has died, Fox News Digital confirmed. Thomas was transported from Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa in Jupiter, Florida, to a local hospital around 5 p.m. local time Tuesday, where she was pronounced dead, a spokesperson for the area’s police department told Fox News Digital.

A Ukrainian-born tequila mogul is putting his New York City beach manse on the auction block.  Edward Geyman, founder of Laneta Tequila — and CEO of glass-making company Carvart — is putting his home up for auction on April 27 with Misha Haghani’s Paramount Realty in conjunction with listing brokers Victoria Shtainer of Compass, and Samuel Horowitz of Samuel Realty Group.He says that he is selling the home at auction to attract a “unique buyer” and that the sale has nothing to do with the ongoing war in Ukrainian. The home, at 151 Beach 146th St., is in Neponsit, a beachfront community in Queens, and the “suggested” opening bid is $4.5 million.
