It's the widely debated myth that many crisp loving fans have pondered over for many years, but it looks like Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps have always had the same colour packet.
Crisp loving fans have been convinced for many years the UK brand had actually switched the colour from green to blue, leading to confusion with another popular flavour.
But it looks like that has never been the case, as Walkers has this week released a statement confirming the packets have always been the same - but some fans are still not convinced.

One man said on Twitter: "The amount of times I have picked up what I thought was Salt and Vinegar, only to be greeted with the awful cheese and onion flavour...sigh."
Another wrote: "We swore they used to be green and the switch happened around 1994, we used to joke about it because my mother's favourite is Cheese and Onion but she dislikes Salt and Vinegar." A third posted: "Mind blown by this."
The debate has re-emerged so many times that Walkers have even put the question "Why did you switch the colours of Salt & Vinegar and Cheese & Onion flavour Walkers Crisps?" on the FAQ section of its website, reports Hull Live.
Walkers have said in response: "We’re often asked this! Our Salt & Vinegar and Cheese & Onion flavour crisps packs have always
