A waitress whose 36JJ boobs are so big they knock over drinks and cause her extreme pain is fundraising for a breast reduction - after she was 'refused the op on the NHS'.
Carly Smart, 21, says her breasts, which weigh one and half stones, make moving around very difficult and are affecting her day-to-day life.
She says she visited her GP trying to get a breast reduction but was refused NHS funding due to not meeting the minimum 25 BMI criteria.
The 5ft 6in bride-to-be said she's endured rashes that turn her skin 'lobster red' and 'smell like rotting flesh' as well as excruciating back pain which has left her fearing it would 'snap like a match stick'.

Carly said that her bust gets in the way of her daily life, including at work, where they've become a 'running joke' from knocking over glasses and 'suffocating' her when she bends over.
Now at her wits' end, a 'heart-broken' Carly, whose dream of having a breast reduction before she walks down the aisle this August is slipping away, is fundraising for a £1,500 deposit to secure the £7,000 procedure.
The Northamptonshire CCG said their Breast Reduction Policy is one of a number Prior Approval Policies that have been put in place to make the best use of NHS funds and ensure they can efficiently manage their limited resources.
Carly, of Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, said: "One time I didn't even know my boob was literally touching the side of my kettle. I was like 'oh my God', so I nearly burnt my nipple off at that point.
"I didn't even realise it was touching it until a good 20 seconds and I was like 'oh no, there we go'.
