Victoria Beckham has finally confessed to her renowned rigorous diet, following her 50th birthday earlier in April.
The mother of four, who celebrated her milestone birthday in style with her former Spice Girls bandmates, is notorious for her stringent eating habits.
It's previously been widely reported that Posh has stuck to eating the same dish every day for a quarter-century, her husband David Beckham revealed on the River Cafe's Table 4 podcast that she: "Only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables; she will very rarely deviate from that".
However, Victoria has recently cleared the air on her dietary habits, stating she's struck a balance between maintaining a healthy lifestyle and enjoying herself.
Spilling the beans about the secret behind her stunningly fit physique, she noted: "This is how I look. I'm going to make the best of it, work hard at it. I'm very disciplined with the way that I eat, the way that I work out and the way I work. That's just who I am."
She further elaborated: "But I do like to have a drink and I'm not going to be one of these, 'Ah, there are too many calories in a glass of wine,' types. Whatever. Life's too short. Let's have a nice time," as reported by Grazia magazine.
The singer turned fashion designer has candidly opened up about the impact of public scrutiny on her body image, revealing that past comments have made her reluctant to enjoy simple pleasures like sitting on the beach with her children.
Speaking out, she said: "I've had so much said about me and I'm sure that has robbed me of some experiences. I never want to look like I'm complaining, but there were times in the past that I haven't felt confident enough to sit on a beach and watch my children play", reports the Mirror.
