A woman has spoken of her terror after her Uber driver drove into a canal in Salford - and still charged her for the journey.

Emma Lavelle was a passenger in the vehicle when the incident happened in Eccles in the early hours of April 11.

The 30-year-old says she noticed her Uber driver driving towards the Bridgewater Canal and told him to stop.

But the driver allegedly ignored her pleas and turned
