Two teenagers have been charged with murder following the death of 17-year-old Benjamin Orton in Derbyshire.

Derbyshire Police said last night that a 17-year-old has been charged with murder and attempted murder, while another boy, also 17, has been charged with assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice.

They are both due in court this afternoon.
