A sixth person has been charged as part of an investigation into the death of Charlie Elms in Oldham.

Mr Elms, 25, died following a disturbance on Fifth Avenue on May 26.

Police were called shortly after 5.05pm to a report of a disturbance involving a group of men causing damage to a property in Fifth Avenue, according to Greater Manchester Police.

The force says Mr Elms was 'fatally injured' by stab wounds during the disturbance
