Residents in a quiet street were shocked after an alleged petrol bomb attack saw two vehicles go up in flames.
Started awake at around 12.30am, locals in Fegg Hayes, Stoke-on-Trent, were rattled by "two explosions" after gang members reportedly launched the attack on a two cars parked outside a home, before fleeing the scene.
A local resident told StokeonTrentLive: "We heard two explosions just after 12.30am. We saw the cars on fire."
StokeonTrent is currently awaiting official comments from Staffordshire Police and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service regarding the 'bombings'. Witnesses are urged to contact the police at 101.
