Two boys have been arrested after a teenager was 'deliberately' knocked off his moped in Oldham.
Emergency services were called to the incident on Propps Hall Drive in Failsworth at around 5.15pm on Friday (July 2).
They found a teenage boy next to a moped with a serious leg injury.
Witnesses said the teen had suffered an open fracture to his leg, with the bone breaking through the skin near his knee.
