A man involved in a three-car crash in Oldham 'tried to run from the scene then was found hiding in a bin by police', residents say.
The smash happened on Lansdowne Road in Chadderton just before 12pm today (Saturday).
The M.E.N understands three cars were involved.
A neighbour on the road, who wishes to be known only as Darren, told the M.E.N he heard an 'almighty screech' from his back garden.
