Businessman Peter Andrew Williamson, aged 39, and nicknamed "Snaggle" was shot five times as he parked his Audi outside his villa in Riviera del Sol near Fuengirola, last November.
Originally from Kersal, Mr Williamson, a father of two, had just returned home from the gym when his killer pulled up alongside him in another vehicle before speeding away.
