A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said: “We have received a complaint in relation to a fire hydrant on Glenshalloch Road, Dalbeattie.“The hydrant has been inspected and reported to Scottish Water and we are continuing to assist them in resolving this issue.”
