Dominique officially filed the divorce paperwork on Monday (August 1) at the Los Angeles Superior Court, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
In her filing, she listed her and Cam‘s date of separation as May 1 and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
Cam and Dominique have been together since 2006 and married in 2008. They share three kids – daughters Everleigh, 13, and Armie, 6, and son Rekker, 9.
Also in her filing, Dominique is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their three kids and requested that Cam pay spousal support while also petitioning that the court prevent him from getting financial support from her.
Cam is best known for his roles in The OC, Twilight, Easy A, and Burlesque.
