A teenager who was killed after being stabbed in a taxi has been named as Jamie Meah.
The 18-year-old and a 16-year-old boy were attacked and knifed in Armley, Leeds, on Friday evening (March 31). The pair were rushed to hospital with serious injuries but Jamie was pronounced dead a short time later.
The other victim's injuries were not deemed to be life-threatening, Yorkshire Live reports. Police have launched a murder investigation and have said three suspects in another vehicle were responsible for the “violent attack”.

Following Jamie's death, people took to Facebook to mourn his loss. Carol Eaton said: "God bless him. My thoughts are with his family. Taken too soon. Knife crime needs sorting out. So many young people dying. RIP young boy. The angels will be looking over you xx."
Trudie Canavan said: "Another tragedy. Senseless. Poor lad and family."
Annmarie Cordingle said: "So sad hope they find who is responsible. RIP young man. Taken too soon."
Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Chief Inspector Lee Townley of West Yorkshire Police's Homicide and Major Enquiry Team said: "Extensive enquiries are being carried out in relation to this murder investigation, our thoughts remain with the victim who has lost his life as a result of a violent attack on the streets of Leeds. We are working to establish the full circumstances surrounding this incident.
