Celtic fan who died after falling ill during Saturday's game. Edward Stanton, 82, was watching his beloved Hoops play Preston in a pre-season friendly at Celtic Park when he took ill.
Sadly, he passed away yesterday morning.Tributes to the "great guy" and "character" have came flooding in on social media, as fans shared their memories of Edward. He was a member of the Celtic Disabled Supporters Association and they took to Twitter to pay tribute to him.
