A terraced house has gone on the market in Greater Manchester for £100,000 - and it is extremely small.
The tiny two-bed property, which is half the size of the average terrace home, is up for sale in Rochdale.
Wedged in between two normal-sized terraces, the stone-built house is so slim that it could easily go unnoticed.

The kitchen, one bedroom and the bathroom each measure less than two metres in width.
Despite its narrow width at the front, the home extends out slightly towards the back.
Although the fitted kitchen is the same slender breadth as the front exterior, the lounge stretches to three and a half metres wide.
Upstairs, the bathroom measures 1.9 metres and the bedroom to the front of the home is just 1.96 metres in width.
But following the same pattern as the ground floor, the second bedroom towards the back of the home is wider measuring 2.7 metres.
All in all, the home appears to be much smaller that the standard size you would expect from a terraced home.
Despite its tapered appearance, the house could be a good investment opportunity for £100,000 - which is much lower than Greater Manchester's average house price of £249,418.
With a semi rural location in Littleborough, the estate agent has listed the home as 'perfect for a first time buyer or investor'.
The property sits close to open countryside, ideal for walkers and cyclists, yet it is in a convenient location near to Littleborough village centre and railway station for those needing to commute into Manchester.
