Tim Allen on 'Last Man Standing' season being cut short due to coronavirus: 'It was real peculiar'

Last Man Standing has had a helluva ride in its eight seasons. It wasn't that long ago that the sitcom, which stars Tim Allen as family man and business owner Mike Baxter, was unceremoniously dumped by ABC, prompting some of the show's conservative fans to lash out at the network.

Stuck With U celebrates being stuck with a loved one and having to cancel all the plans and just spend quality time with them which is pretty much the situation right now in wake of the global Coronavirus spur. Recently, a fan came up with a special edition of Stuck With U with clips of several movies featuring Tom Holland while Justin Bieber shared the fan-made mash up on his social media handle.

Remaining hopeful. Season 8 of Last Man Standing was forced to wrap before filming its finale, forcing the April 30 penultimate episode to serve as the final episode of the season. However, star Tim Allen is hopeful that the show will be renewed for a ninth season — and that the original finale can serve as the premiere.

Tim Allen is a family man on and off the screen. The comedian spoke with Fox News about his show "Last Man Standing," in which, he plays a father of three -- a role that reminds him of his own life.

Eve (Kaitlyn Dever) returns home for a weekend visit on the next Last Man Standing, which also happens to be the last episode of Season 8 due to coronavirus interrupting production. As seen in the exclusive clip, Eve's return home from the Air Force causes...feelings to come to the forefront, and not all of them good ones. Naturally, everybody in the house missed her, and wants to get some of her time.

Roommates, Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson were among some of the first celebrities to announce they tested positive for the coronavirus. Now, they want to help in any way they can to fight the disease.

Tim Allen has revealed the words of advice he gave his "Toy Story" co-star Tom Hanks amid his coronavirus battle last month. Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson, both 63, were the first celebrities to announce they contracted COVID-19.The couple were in Australia when they received their test results and stayed in isolation there before recovering and returning home.

Back in 2006 when people talked about, they were most likely referring to the action-adventure comedy movie that came out that summer. 

Last Man Standing's Mike Baxter (Tim Allen) probably isn't the first person to come to mind when you hear the phrase "good sport" — in fact, when it comes to playing nice, he'd much more accurately be described as the "drag kicking and screaming" type.
