A 'landmark case' has been launched against TikTok, alleging that it illegally collects the personal information of children who use the video-sharing app.
The claim has been lodged with the high court by former Children's Commissioner for England Anne Longfield, who alleges the app is breaching UK and EU children’s data protection law.
