Gardai are appealing for help trace a Dublin couple who have been missing since last Tuesday. Bernard and Carol Devine, both 53 years old, disappeared from Woodford Lane in Portmarnock on Tuesday morning. Bernard is 5’7” in height with a slim build. He is bald with brown eyes and has a beard.
