Parker said: “We’ve worked on being hard to beat, especially in the first 20 or 25 minutes. Getting to half-time 0-0 was pleasing as they had some half chances and we tweaked the shape as we needed to get a goal.
“They’ve got a really good manager who has them playing really well. The first half probably wasn’t too pleasing on the eye, they battled really hard to make the central area of the pitch a real battle ground so any chances we did create it was through hard graft.
