This Morning medical expert Dr Ranj Singh has questioned his future on television as the reports of Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield’s “feud” continue to swirl. Dr Ranj worked on the show for ten years and has since left, and is now questioning whether working in the media “aligns with [his] values”. Discussing the matter on the Secure The Insecure podcast, Dr Ranj was asked by host Johnny Seifert how the negative press and the reports about Holly and Phil has affected his mental health.
“It’s tough. I think a lot of us in the media, if you work in the media, have had a bit of a wobble this week where we’re kind of thinking ‘Hang on. Do I fit in here? Does this align with my values? It feels like the kind of environment I don’t want to be a part of,’” he said.

I worked on it for ten years and haven’t for a couple of years, I’m now over on Morning Live at the BBC, and I had a really, really good time there. “But I know that changes over time.
Presenters will change, experts will change. By its very nature it is a dynamic thing.” Dr Ranj also urged people to take the reports about Holly and Phil “with a pinch of salt”. Prior to his comments, it was said that Phil, 61, could be facing the chop from the show after 20 years on air.
