A third man has been arrested after the car belonging to the leader of Oldham council was set alight.
Just before 1.30am on Tuesday, July 13, police were called to reports of a vehicle on fire outside of a property on Greengate Street in Oldham.
A police investigation later established that the vehicle was owned by Council leader Arooj Shah and had been deliberately ignited.
