Shoppers in Oldham remain unconvinced by the local authority’s plan to move traders into a larger shopping centre to boost footfall.
Earlier this week, Oldham council revealed their full plans for the Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre in the heart of the town, which would see traders currently based at Tommyfield Market move into part of the site.
