Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola Reunites With 'Jersey Shore' Cast in 'Family Vacation' Finale: Watch

Sammi «Sweetheart» Giancola has officially made her return to the franchise by making a surprise appearance at the end of the season 6 finale of . After Paul «Pauly D» DelVecchio, Nicole «Snooki» Polizzi, Michael «The Situation» Sorrentino, Jenni «JWoww» Farley, Vinny Guadagnino, Angelina Pivarnick and Deena Nicole Cortese wrapped up another dramatic trip, the final episode flashes forward to a «few months later,» showing them all gearing up for another vacation. Not only is Ronnie Ortiz-Magro seen returning to the franchise after taking a step back the past few seasons, but Giancola reunites with her former co-stars when she unexpectedly shows up at the house where they're all staying. «Holy sh*t,» Sorrentino says when the front door opens and he sees who comes through it.«Hey, guys, sorry I'm late,» Giancola says to a clearly shocked group. «What the f**k,» DelVecchio shouts as everyone erupts in laughter, before he's later seen talking to the camera. «Is this real? Are you a hologram? Is this A.I.?» But the happy reunion doesn't last long, with the clip showing Giancola already having to defend herself. «Why are you being messy and coming for me?» she asks at one moment, before she is later seen screaming at the dining table.

Producer Mike Dean Continues His Wild Friendship With the Weeknd on His Own ‘4:23’: Album Review

A.D. Amorosi Famous since the top of the 1990s for bold, old-school, synth-rich productions of hardcore rappers (Scarface), multi-hyphenate hip-hop magnates (Kanye West, Travis Scott) and symphonically scored R&B vocalists (Beyoncé, the Weeknd), Mike Dean always sounds as if he’s having the most fun on his chill solo excursions. Take the surprise drop this past weekend of “4:23,” another of Dean’s schmoked-up stoner efforts that, like 2020’s buoyant instrumental album “4:20,” is equal parts steely sci-fi epic soundtrack and spaced-out dream-pop.“4:23” is occasionally reminiscent of Dean’s home-recorded, souped-up synth-works, full of proggy impromptu noodling carved from larger ice block suites. But this new album mostly features tracks more succinct and cutting — actual songs. For such freshly anointed precision, we can likely credit Dean’s steadfast collaborator, tour partner and streaming network co-star, the Weeknd, who takes on a role here as the executive producer of “4:23.”

The Weeknd Rocks With Diddy and Metro Boomin, Boygenius Join Muna, and More Coachella Day-One Mashups

Jem Aswad Senior Music Editor The Coachella festival probably has more top-shelf musical talent in one place at one time than any other event in the world, and 2023’s day one was no exception: All three Boygeniuses — Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers and Lucy Dacus — joined Muna for an afternoon finale, the two surviving members of De La Soul united with Gorillaz for their 2005 joint hit “Feel Good Inc.,” and Metro Boomin’s hour-long set featured more guests than a DJ Khaled album, with the Weeknd taking the stage for six songs and features from Future, 21 Savage, Diddy, Don Toliver, Mike Dean and more. Less successful was a hotly rumored team-up of main-stage headliner Bad Bunny with Post Malone, which was hobbled by major sound problems — “Something happened to el cabron cable!” Bunny fumed — but his duets with Jowell & Randy and Nengo Flow and Jhay Cortez were more successful (hey, there’s always next weekend). Elsewhere, Kaytranada brought out Kali Uchis and Amine, and the National’s Aaron Dessner joined Taylor Swift at — wait, that was a different concert…

Five Latin Artists on the Rise to Catch at Coachella 2023

Thania Garcia After last year’s Coachella lineup boasted a historic number of Latin acts, Coachella 2023 is welcoming a new generation of innovative Spanish-language artists whose global reach will likely stretch to new lengths following their performances these next two weekends. For the first time in the festival’s history, both weekends will be live-streamed across all six stages, meaning even the smallest names in print will get their moment on the launch pad. Still, there’s no ignoring the biggest Latin artist on the lineup, Bad Bunny, who will make history as the festival’s first-ever Latin headliner. Spanish star Rosalía and Argentine rock band Los Fabulosos Cadillacs are also scheduled to play, along with Becky G, who will make her triumphant return to desert grounds after being Karol G’s special guest last year when Coachella also welcomed Anitta, Nicki Nicole, Nathy Peluso, Pabllo Vittar and more.
