The 30:30:30 diet is simpler than you might think. The plan involves eating 30g of protein within the first 30 minutes of your day, followed by 30 minutes of low-intensity exercise, as reported by Gloucestershire Live.
This isn't a quick fix but rather a lifestyle change that can be incorporated into daily routines. The idea is that a high-protein breakfast will keep you feeling full for longer.
Natalie Burrows, a nutritional therapist and founder of Integral Wellness, cites a 2014 study published in the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology Journal. The study found that people who ate 30g of protein at breakfast consumed fewer calories at lunch.
