Sharon Osbourne is increasing her firepower amid the fallout from her comments on "The Talk."Page Six reported that the embattled talk show host has hired powerhouse lawyer Jeremiah Reynolds, of the LA law firm Eisner, to represent her.The controversy surrounding the talk show host began after an on-air spat with fellow co-host Sheryl Underwood on March 10, in which Sharon defended Piers Morgan's comments about Meghan Markle.

The Talk will remain on hiatus through at least next week and no return date has been set, according to Deadline.

The Talk hiatus has been extended while CBS continues its investigation into claims of racial insensitivity and mistreatment by Sharon Osbourne.

Andy Cohen spoke out about the controversy surrounding Sharon Osbourne that led to the CBS show "The Talk" going on hiatus for a week.  The show extended its hiatus on Wednesday as it probes into a heated conversation that took place between Osbourne and co-host Sheryl Underwood after the former defended her friend Piers Morgan when he slammed Meghan Markle for her tell-all Oprah Winfrey interview.

Sharon Osbourne is opening up about her future on "The Talk" and the heated exchange that led to the show's extended hiatus. The talk show, which sees Osbourne, Amanda Kloots, Sheryl Underwood, Carrie Ann Inaba and Elaine Welteroth as co-hosts, will not return until next Tuesday, a CBS spokesperson confirmed to Fox News.

The Talk will remain silent for another week. After going dark on Monday and Tuesday, CBS' panel series is extending its brief hiatus from live shows until Tuesday, March 23, as the network continues a review stemming from March 10's heated debate between Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood.
