It’s extremely difficult to watch the video of four-month-old Gabriel struggling for breath in his mould-ridden home. But by sharing the footage - filmed by his mum for medics before he was rushed to hospital - his family hopes to raise awareness of the conditions they are living in.
Gabriel is one of several children living on Rochdale’s Freehold estate whose parents are worried for their health. Their neighbour, Awaab Ishak died just days after his second birthday in December 2020. His death has been linked to mould and damp in his flat. A post-mortem suggested environmental lung exposure led to his death, a Rochdale Coroners Court hearing was told in July.

A Manchester councillor and her partner 'bunkered down' in their hotel room in Florida due to the ongoing hurricane, which has caused mass devastation across the sunshine state. Jade Doswell, Labour councillor for Fallowfield, flew out to Orlando with her partner Liam on Sunday September 18 for a two week trip, but her holiday soon saw her on lockdown in the hotel room for two days.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has completed the investigation into the sexual abuse allegations against Marilyn Manson. After the 19-month probe, detectives turned in the results to prosecutors, who said Tuesday more evidence is needed before they can consider criminal charges against Manson. The case against the 53-year-old musician involves sexual assault and domestic violence from 2009 until 2011. The District Attorney’s Office called the case it received "partial." The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has completed the investigation into the sexual abuse allegations against Marilyn Manson.
The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department’s investigation into allegations of sexual abuse against Brian Warner (Marilyn Manson) is still ongoing, but the department has submitted its initial findings to the L.A. District Attorney’s Office, The Daily Beast first reported Monday and a representative of the D.A.’s office has confirmed to The FADER. The office sent the following statement: “On September 19, 2022, investigators from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department provided partial case material to LADA pertaining to the sexual assault allegations against Brian Warner, also known as Marilyn Manson.
