Netflix is giving fans a first look at the second half of The Lincoln Lawyer season 2!
The streamer released a new trailer for the show on Thursday (July 13), which finds protagonist Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) back on the case after being attacked.

Here’s a refresher on what happened in the first half of season 2: Mickey lost against prosecutor Andrea Freemann (Yaya DaCosta) while defending Lisa Trammell (Lana Parilla). His relationship with his client and love interest Lorna (Becki Newton) also took a hit, and he was beaten by two men and left to die in a parking lot.
Season 2 part 2 picks up with Mickey recovering in the hospital and preparing to face off against Andy again in court. The Lincoln Lawyer is set to return with new episodes on August 3 and you can watch the full trailer down below.
