Stamp duty rules in England are set to change next week when the holiday extension comes to an end.
The Chancellor first announced the tax break last July amid the pandemic to encourage the property market.
And in his 2021 Budget, it was extended from March 31 until the end of June - meaning homeowners don't have to pay tax on the first £500,000.
