The Chase star Jenny Ryan has been left upset after one of her posters for the Edinburgh Fringe was covered by another artist.
The ITV star is currently appearing at The Fringe with her show Jenny Ryan: Out of the Box and paid to have a few ads around the city to promote it.
But Jenny, also known as The Vixen, was gutted as she discovered that the biggest poster she forked out for with her own cash has had another pasted on top of it.
The 41-year-old took to Twitter to vent her anger, revealing the poster had cost so much money that she 'shed tears' when she saw what had happened. She posted a snap of the giant poster and blurred out the content of the new one.
She wrote: "Sad about this. I'm self-funding my #Fringe run, no promoter. Due to the cost I only bought a handful of poster boards, incl. one big one, wide enough to really show off the beautiful poster design. Anyway, some other act has glued their poster over part of it. They didn't ask... 99.9% of people here wouldn't dream of doing anything so rude.
"Most people are here to create art, provide entertainment, develop themselves. None of that is a zero-sum game - so we choose to support one another, not undermine. That's why this is (mostly) a great time. #fringe."
She added: "Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice. And maybe some of the huge acts here, those with promoters/massive PR budgets, wouldn't notice. But that's my only wide board, one of 10 posters I have up around town (others have dozens of more) and I shed a tear when I paid the invoice."
And many fans flocked to the comments, with some even offering to crowdfund to get a new poster.
