The Block 2023.Watch Below: Meet Leah and Ash from The Block 2023The Brisbane couple run their own business and have completed several house flips, including their own.“We’ve done renovations before, we’ve run our little building company back up in Queensland, so we came in thinking we could do this … [but] it is way harder than we had ever anticipated,” Leah tells WHO.With three little ones at home, the couple are used to being busy. And while they’re both not afraid to express their opinions, when it comes to the final decisions, Leah usually comes out on top.“We bicker like a husband and wife do,” Ash jokes.
“And the wife usually wins.” But it’s their down-to-earth nature that will see them win over fans.“We’ll probably be pretty relatable to people,” Ash adds. The first week of the season saw the five couples tackle one of the hardest rooms - the bathroom. From demolishing the wrong room, to hiring new builders and even allegations of cheating, the first official week on the Block was full of drama.
Leah and Ash's bold, curvy bathroom was a hit with the judges, however, they were warned to be careful not to run with the unique style throughout the entire house as it could put off buyers. The pair were awarded a score of 24.5 out of 30.
The debut episode of the season saw the five couples compete in a house decider challenge to decide which house they will get for the remainder of the season. The challenge saw the teams given 48 hours and a budget of $5000 to create a kid's room based on a Disney+ character.
Leah and Ash were given one of the more unusual Disney+-themed items - a National Geographic puzzle. The Queensland couple spent $4992 on their build which included custom-built bunkbeds that looked like a castle.

Leigh Anne and Sean Tuohy were seen strolling around their neighborhood in Florida over the weekend, marking the first time they've been seen in public since Michael Oher filled his high-profile lawsuit against his former adoptive parents. In photos obtained and published by The Daily Mail, the Tuohys were spotted taking a walk in the Santa Rosa Beach area of Florida.Leigh Anne wore a white t-shirt and a pink tennis skirt along with white sneakers, and a hot pink fanny pack, while rocking white earbuds.Meanwhile, Sean walked alongside her in dark blue shorts and a light blue t-shirt, as they strolled and chatted with a unknown third person. The outing comes almost a week after Michael Oher — the former NFL star who inspired the Oscar-nominated film — filed legal documents in Tennessee court requesting it terminate a conservatorship after alleging the Tuohys lied about adopting him and tricked him into making them his conservators shortly after he turned 18.Oher, whose story was first documented in Michael Lewis' 2006 bestselling book of the same name, claimed the Tuohys made millions off his name while he never received a dime, after the film — starring Sandra Bullock, Quinton Aaron, Jae Head, Tim McGraw, Lily Collins and Kathy Bates — earned more than $300 million at the box office. The book and film are centered around the Tuohy family taking in Oher and helping transform his life on and off the field. The Tuohys have since responded to the accusations, denying Oher's claims and calling them «insulting.»It's been reported that the Tuohy family received 2.5 percent of the film's profits — the film grossed approximately $309.2 million — but that's not accurate.

He continued to explain that the band’s management only wanted to put one night at Glasgow’s O2 Academy on sale, but they ended up selling out four nights at the venue. “That felt good because it was like, ‘Fuck you, you thought we were only going to do one’.
