Michelle Young is setting the record straight about her relationship status with fiance Nayte Olukoya.
Recently, a video has been circulating online in which the 28-year-old former The Bachelorette star can be seen without wearing her engagement, sparking rumors that she and Nayte, 27, might have broken up.
Michelle then took to social media to address all of the speculation.

“There is a video circulating of me on a rooftop this weekend and I’m not wearing my engagement ring,” Michelle started in a video shared to her Instagram Story.
“And what I will have to say is to the person who is paying close enough attention to catch that moment, you also had to be paying close enough attention to see one of my friends briefly remove my engagement ring to try it on and then place it back on my finger,” she added.
Michelle continued, “Just a friendly reminder that Nayte and I, we are human beings—not a zoo exhibit.”
She went on to say that it was “creepy” to be filmed without her consent, adding, “It’s not cool.”
Nayte joked about the situation on his TikTok, sharing a hilarious clip saying that “90%” of his DMs are about Michelle‘s whereabouts.
“Where is Michelle? Where is she? Why aren’t you with her?” Nayte said in a video, seemingly mocking some of the comments he’s received. “Like, physical location—where is she? Where is Michelle, Nayte?!”
Michelle appeared as The Bachelorette for season 18 and Nayte proposed to her during the season finale.
