A woman who Clayton Echard allegedly had a fling with is now pregnant and she wants him to take a paternity test, according to court documents that she has filed.
The woman wants to remain anonymous, but court documents show that she is a 33-year-old podcast host from Arizona. She claims that she had a one-night stand with the 30-year-old former The Bachelor star on May 20, 2023.
The woman is pregnant with twins and due to five birth in February, according to the documents obtained by Page Six and The U.S. Sun.

The woman says that after she sent a copy of the pregnancy test results to Clayton, he began sending her “erratic, illogical and threatening messages” and did not believe that she was actually pregnant.
Clayton allegedly sent her a message that read, “I would like for you to get an abortion (if you are pregnant with my child, which I still don’t believe, but it doesn’t really matter either way). If you do not, that’s your choice. Then, in that case, if it ends up being my child, I have decided that either you’ll take 100% custody of the child, or it will be put up for adoption. I will not be raising it in any capacity.”
The woman says that Clayton invited her to his home on June 17 and had her take an at-home pregnancy test that he purchased and it came back positive.
In the documents, the woman claims she offered to have Clayton take a prenatal paternity test and that they even had a test scheduled for August 23, but he “refused” to show up. They are reportedly scheduled to have a test taken on September 26.
