A teenager lashed out and stabbed four people during a house party in a 'moment of madness'.
Kian Hughes, 21, attacked four partygoers with a knife during a violent outburst at a home in Flixton, Trafford.
Hughes, then 18, had to be restrained by three men after lashing out at Kieran Molloy, his brother Aidan Molloy, their friend Joseph Kelly and another guest, Lucy Bowen.

Hughes, of Wythenshawe, pleaded guilty to four offences of unlawful wounding, possession of a bladed article and possession of an offensive weapon, namely a knuckleduster.
Minshull Street Crown Court heard how four victims were taken to hospital after being stabbed at the party on Church Road, Flixton, back in the summer of 2019.
Prosecutor Mr Adam Lodge said Hughes and his girlfriend were guests at the party on June 29, which took place mainly in the rear garden.
When guests were asked to leave at around, 1am Hughes ‘barged’ into another guest - Kieran Molloy - before pushing and punching him to the face.
Mr Molloy ‘responded in kind’ causing Hughes to stumble backwards, Mr Lodge said.
At that point Hughes produced a knife and 'lunged’ towards Mr Molloy who didn’t realise he had been injured but felt a severe pain in his ribs.
Mr Molloy felt a further blow to his face and ‘blacked out’ waking to hear people telling him not to go to sleep, the court heard.
He suffered ten injuries, including wounds to his arm, thighs, chest, neck, a slash to his nose and a fractured rib.
Mr Molloy was taken to Wythenshawe Hospital before being transferred to Manchester Royal Infirmary’s major trauma unit.
