A Scots man has been arrested and charged in connection with large scale fraud offences spanning across four years.

A 19-year-old man has been charged after a woman was knocked down in a multi-vehicle smash in Edinburgh.
Emergency services rushed to the scene after the collision occurred on Jocks Lodge at around 5.10pm on Tuesday, June 21.
A video from the location, shared with Edinburgh Live, shows a Nissan Qashqai and a Mini Cooper which were struck and damaged.
Pieces of debris from the vehicles can also be seen littering the area while police officers stand guard outside the street's Limelite bar.
The female pedestrian was rushed to hospital following the crash.
"A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a number of offences including road traffic offences.
"He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Wednesday, June 22. A report will be forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Emergency services are in attendance following a crash, involving a number of vehicles and a pedestrian, on Jocks Lodge in Edinburgh which was reported around 5.10pm on Tuesday, 21 June, 2022.
"A female pedestrian was taken to hospital.
"A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a number of offences including road traffic offences.
"He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 22 June, 2022.
"A report will be forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal"
