The Premier League is set for a three-horse title race - with Manchester City's next two fixtures against Liverpool and Arsenal set to define the title chances of all three sides.
Liverpool lead the way after 27 games, having beaten Nottingham Forest with a 99th minute goal on Saturday to maintain a one-point lead at the top of the table going into next week's showdown with City at Anfield. City beat rivals Manchester United on Sunday to keep within touching distance of Liverpool, with Arsenal third. If they beat bottom side Sheffield United on Monday, they will move back to within a point of City.
Arsenal could go top next Saturday before Liverpool and City play as they host Brentford, and then welcome City at the end of the month. Assuming Arsenal win on Monday, all three sides will have over 60 points with 11 fixtures left.

That would leave Liverpool a maximum possible points total of 96, City's potential maximum haul at 95, and Arsenal able to achieve 94 points. And Mikel Arteta believes there will be minimal room for error for whoever wins the title as at least 90 points will be required to secure the league.
"The demands, you might have to win every game. I don’t know. I have no clue," he said when asked how many points would be needed to win the title this season. "There are a lot of games and we are all going to have crazy schedules and this league might be different to last season. Anything under 90 points I think would be very difficult."
In that scenario, City would realistically have to win
