Iconic 00s girl band Sugababes made a surprise appearance at a photography studio in Salford last night as part of a special performance hosted by elite members club Soho House.
The group, known for hits including Push The Button, Freak Like Me and Overload, took to the stage at an intimate and exclusive Secret Sounds gig at Five Four Studios on Oldfield Road on Thursday (November 30) in front of more than a hundred Soho House members.
As the name of the gigs suggest, they have become notorious for being shrouded in secrecy with guests not knowing who will perform until they turn up. Other stars to appear at similar shows in the past have included Lewis Capaldi, Little Simz, Kaytranada and Honey Dijon.

Original members Mutya Buena, Siobhán Donaghy, and Keisha Buchanan, who was recently unveiled as a contestant on this year’s Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special, were in fine form as they delivered an intimate set of classic hits as well as their latest single When the Rain Comes.
The night was preceded with a warm-up set by DJ Hutch, with David Rodigan and G2 taking to the decks after the legendary girl group performed. The night was hosted in partnership with Patron, with guests enjoying four bespoke cocktails including the Soho House signature ‘Picante de la Casa’.
Only 160 Soho House members were invited to the event, which was held in Manchester for the first time. It comes ahead of the member’s club unveiling of its Manchester base within the former Granada Studios
