Strictly Come Dancing's Helen Skleton and Gorka Marquez have 'grown incredibly close' over the past few weeks, according to a body language expert.

Strictly Come Dancing's Helen Skelton has spoken out after her professional dance parter Gorka Márquez told her to "believe in yourself". He made the comments on Saturday night's show, after the pair impressed the judges with their Paso Doble routine. Gorka, 32, asked if he could quickly say something to his partner after the judges comments, when the pair were speaking and he made Helen, 39, emotional as he praised her.
He said she was "inspirational" and an "amazing woman" despite the difficult time she has been going through over recent months. Helen made some comments during her Sunday Morning Radio 5 Live show this morning, where she discussed her time on the hit BBC show, and the judges comments that she needs "a little more fire" in her routines. "I'm having a really good time," Helen said.
"Some people walk into a room and go "ta da I'm here!" with jazz hands and some people walk into rooms and go "alright" I'm the latter." "And they're like "you need to give it a bit more".' "In my eyes I'm dancing on a table in front of millions of people on a Saturday night, that's welly isn't it?" Downplaying her hectic work schedule in her typically down-to-earth style, Helen said: "I've got three kids under seven, going to work is a rest." "When people say "you're working so hard" it's not like I'm down the mines is it? Or stacking shelves. I go and dance around, someone paints my face, and someone makes my dinner." On Saturday night, Gorka told his dance partner Helen: "I know you've been having a difficult time. I know you have, basically, been made to feel like you're not beautiful, or good enough or anything.
