Strictly Come Dancing’s AJ Odudu has admitted that she misses her dance partner Kai Widdrington, 26, in the wake of the show coming to an end last weekend. Kai and AJ, 33, were supposed to be taking part in the final alongside Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice, as well as John Whaite and Johannes Radebe, but AJ was forced to pull out of the competition after sustaining a bad ankle injury.

Strictly finalists AJ Odudu and Kai Widdrington are set to return to the show in 2022 after injury meant they couldn't participate in Saturday's ultimate line up.
AJ had to watch fellow finalists John Whaite and Rose Ayling-Ellis from the sidelines after injuring her ankle and having to be on crutches.
However it's been revealed she and dance pro Kai have been invited by BBC bosses to be in 2022's show.
It is thought at this stage that they would dance on the show, due to air in September next
