Taylor Swift may have had tocancel all of her 2020 live appearances and performances amid the novel coronavirus pandemic, but that isn't stopping the singer from entertaining audiences with an ABC concert special. ABC announced Friday that a new concert special from Swift calledTaylor Swift City of Lover Concert, will air Sunday, May 17, immediately following the season finale of American Idol.

As Americans continue to shelter in place, they are turning to country music to keep them company in record numbers.Over the last two weeks, country music has enjoyed a streaming bonanza, with on-demand audio streams growing 10.7% to a record high 1.26 billion for the week ending April 23. The next week ending April 30, a new record was set as streams grew 14.3% to 1.3 billion.

Lesley Stahl revealed on 60 Minutes this weekend that she was one of many who had been diagnosed with coronavirus, and opened up about her experience while staying in the hospital and her recovery.

60 Minutes correspondent Lesley Stahl said Sunday that she's finally feeling well after a battle with COVID-19 that left her hospitalized for a week. Stahl said she was "really scared" after fighting pneumonia caused by the coronavirus for two weeks at home before going to the hospital.

LOS ANGELES — The organizers of the Oscars said on Tuesday that films released only on streaming platforms would be eligible for Academy Awards next year because of the disruptions to the industry caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Streamed films will be eligible for next year’s Oscars in response to the Covid-19 pandemic closing cinemas across the US, the film academy has said.
