Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss‘ estate has been settled four months after he died unexpectedly without a will.
The dancer tragically passed away on December 14, 2022. Since he didn’t have a will at the time of his death, his widow Allison Holker filed to get half of his estate in February.
According to a new report, the matter has been settled and details are emerging.

According to E! News, the decision was made by the Superior Court of California on Wednesday (April 26). Allison was granted “half of Stephen‘s monetary earnings from his work as a choreographer, producer and more.”
She and the couple’s children – daughters Weslie, 14, and Zaia, 3, and son Maddox, 6 – will also receive “half of the interest from his Goldman Sachs Investment account, half of his interest in royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services and half of his interest in royalties from Disney Worldwide Services, Inc.”
Allison thanked all of her supporters earlier this year. She also penned a sweet public message to her children last month.

According to multiple reports, the late dancer's wife, Allison Holker Boss, has been granted half of of his artistic earrings — following his death in December. In documents obtained by ET, Holker was granted her request for the Spousal Property Petition, by a judge from Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County, which was filed earlier this year. The documents also confirm that Holker is Boss' surviving spouse, and that she was granted «property passing» rights.
