A boutique bowling and entertainment venue is to open in Trafford this summer featuring state-of-the-art lanes, shuffleboard, ping pong, and disco toilets.
Lane7 will open the doors to its new venue in Altrincham’s Stamford Quarter this July. Alongside bowling, there will be pool, beer pong, darts and karaoke, as well as bar bites and an extensive drinks menu featuring a range of cocktails, craft beers, ciders and wines.
The 12,640 sq ft space, first announced last year, will take over the lower ground floor of the Foundation building, and will be open until midnight every day. The venue follows in the footsteps of the already popular Lane7 locations, which include sites in Liverpool, Newcastle and in Deansgate.

Gavin Hughes, Lane7 Managing Director, said: “With our venue in Manchester performing so well, we have been looking for more opportunities in the area. We are incredibly excited to bring Lane7’s unique brand of hospitality and entertainment to Altrincham.”
The Deansgate site, which opened in 2021, features 11 lanes which offer people a range of standard and premium experiences, with some lanes also being kitted out with light triggers to add an immersive experience to proceedings.
For the Altrincham venue, there will be a bespoke design throughout paying homage to industrial and urban aesthetics, including graffiti walls. There will also be ‘disco toilets’ adorned with a mirror ball ceiling.
