Stacey Solomon has been praised for her honesty as she spoke openly about her premenstrual symptoms. The Loose Women star kept it real during her conversation on the Glad We Had This Chat podcast with award-winning skincare expert Caroline Hirons.
During their chat, Stacey hinted at a potential shift in her bustling career to embrace more time at home with her brood of five, suggesting she might scale back on her television commitments. The Sort Your Life Out presenter spoke about being at a "pivotal moment" and harbouring aspirations to become a "stay at home mum."
Since captivating the nation on The X Factor in 2009, Stacey, now 34, has enjoyed a meteoric rise to stardom, carving out a successful career in television. Speaking to Caroline, Stacey, who is also kept busy as a mum-of-five - to sons Zachary, 16, Leighton, 12, from previous relationships, and Rex, five, Rose, two, and Belle, 15 months, with her partner Joe Swash - as well as entertaining her millions of social media followers, divulged her intentions to prioritise home life, possibly taking on TV work only if it aligns with her.
"So what I'm trying to do at this point is make sure everything that I work on I can work on 90% of the time at home," the 34-year-old revealed. "And then just do passion projects outside of the house, and then try and be around for them more."
