Stacey Solomon has clapped back after it was suggested her recent fitness overhaul came with an ulterior motive. Earlier this year the Sort Your Life Out host vowed to up her gym game after dusting off her husband Joe Swash's exercise bike that he'd acquired and not used.
Part of the garage at their family's gorgeous Essex home had already been marked out as a gym space but the room, which had been branded in large white writing on the floor spelling out 'Pickles Gym', had simply been left to collect dust. Stacey, 33, jokingly compared the cobweb-filled space to Mrs Haversham's home after neglecting the area. However, it wasn't quite like as is seen in the Dickens novel.
As she cleaned the space and equipment up, the mum-of-five vowed at the time: "I’m going to try and use it every day. If I don’t for the next month then the whole lot is going to charity. Because it’s such a waste! I hate the gym tbh but I hate waste more so maybe this will be good for me."

And Stacey has since found her fitness flow, enlisting the help of her older sister Samantha for some training and also heading to the gym when she can - even when working away from home while filming both Sort Your Life Out and her upcoming Channel 4 show Brickin' It.
In her latest update on Thursday (September 21), Stacey took to Instagram to share a video with her millions of followers that showed her doing her typical 'morning routine' before heading out to work. It kicked off with the Loose Women star getting up and ready for a workout at 5am
