Stacey Dooley talks pregnancy during Masked Dancer as she’s unveiled as Prawn Cocktail

TV favourite Stacey Dooley was revealed last night as Prawn Cocktail on ITV dance show The Masked Dancer. Stacey, who announced her pregnancy last month, shocked fans when it was finally revealed she was Prawn Cocktail. Shortly after the big reveal, Strictly Come Dancing winner Stacey, 35, took to her Instagram to talk about her pregnancy during her time on the show.The popular host shared a tongue-and-cheek image of herself with a bag of prawn cocktail crisps after fans were left shocked she was unveiled as the prawn.
She told her 1 million followers: “A dancing, preggo prawn. You're WELCOME. “The choreographers were such sweethearts, and the entire crew BTS.
“Ta so much.” She also shared an apology to her runner on the show as her then secret pregnancy saw her suffering with morning sickness during the recording. She wrote: “So fun! (Also, so sorry to my gorgeous runner, I just know my dressing room must've stunk of 1st trimester sickness).” Fans rushed to the post to gush over her incredible performance. Fellow presenter Laura Whitmore wrote: “My favourite flavour!!!” followed by two pink heart emojis.
Dr James Greenwood shared: “A bin or a prawn’ though ….. it’s why we love you” followed by a laughing face emoji and two pink heart emoji. Fans also gushed over the presenter’s performance.
One wrote: “you were amazing Stace Prawn cocktail is my fave.” A second penned: “So so proud of you!!! You absolutely smashed it! Little one will be so lucky to have such a fabulous mum!!” While a third added: “I loved it. Well done, and you are the nations sweetheart” followed by a red heart emoji.
