NHS Lothian has launched a Wellness Hub in St John’s Hospital in Livingston to support staff during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The new initiative aims to support hard-working staff by giving them a space to recuperate and relax away from clinical settings.
The Hub includes a positivity wall for thoughts and doodles and a Relaxation Room for yoga and mindfulness.
Drop-in sessions are also being held in the hub led, by psychology and spiritual care colleagues.
