Demi Lovato has released a rock reworking of ‘Heart Attack’ to mark its tenth anniversary.Lovato had previously played a rock version of her 2013 song on tour in support of their recent album ‘Holy Fvck’, but has now released a studio version with re-recorded vocals and fresh production provided by Warren “Oak” Felder and Mitch Allan, who produced the original song.“I’m so happy to be able to give a new life to ‘Heart Attack’ with a sound that reflects where I am with my music. Daft Punk have released the first track, ‘The Writing Of Fragments Of Time’ from the upcoming expanded version of their last album ‘Random Access Memories’, which is being reissued for its 10th anniversary.‘The Writing Of Fragments Of Time’ captures “intimate moments of creation” at the time that Daft Punk were composing the eleventh track from ‘Random Access Memories’, ‘Fragments Of Time’, with longtime friend and collaborator Todd Edwards.The story goes, per a press release: “At the legendary Henson Recording Studios in Los Angeles on February 29, 2012 a tape ran for the full session, capturing the entire creative journey behind the making of the track and we hear some of these intimate moments of creation between Thomas Bangalter and Todd Edwards in The Writing of Fragments of Time.“The lyrics written that day were from the perspective of the collaborators’ future selves speculating how they would feel in the future as if remembering this specific creative moment thereby creating a narrative of future nostalgia. Bruce Willis' wife Emma Heming Willis is opening up about one of the difficulties of being a caregiver. In an Instagram post, Emma paid tribute to her husband on their 14th wedding anniversary, calling Willis "the greatest love of [her] life." Linkin Park have shared footage of Mike Shinoda unboxing the upcoming ‘Meteora’ 20th anniversary box set – which is set for release later this year.The five-minute video was shared to the band’s YouTube channel yesterday, and saw the founding member unwrapping the super deluxe edition for the first time.The limited-edition release will arrive on April 7 and was designed to commemorate 20 years since the release of the band’s iconic second album. As explained in the footage, the list of items included fills the entire back of the box, and consists of numerous previously unreleased rarities recorded from that era.Five LPs are included, including a copy of the ‘Meteora’ album, a debut release of the band performing in Texas, and previously unreleased footage from a 2003 show in Nottingham.
